Community Health Education Classes
Learning first aid and CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) may be just what you need to save a life. Heart attacks, strokes, or convulsions have a way of sneaking up on us without warning. Each passing minute after collapsing from a Cardiac Arrest can reduce the chance of survival by as much as 10% so knowing what to do is critical. Even if we want to intervene to reduce the effect of a burn, fracture, or allergic reaction, you need to know what to do. Knowing first aid and CPR will place you in a position where you can take responsible, appropriate action in an emergency.
Webster EMS provides a variety of quality First Aid, CPR/AED (cardiopulmonary resuscitation/defibrillation) and other first responder related courses. All Webster EMS First Aid programs are American Heart Association approved and follow the new international CPR guidelines.
We offer our training programs at a variety of locations by certified instructors. Webster EMS will arrange for an instructor to visit your worksite or specified location for your convenience.
For more information or if you are interested in taking any of these programs, Please call Paramedic Patrick Brown at Webster EMS at 508-943-2218 or email.
