Are there different EMT certifications? Yes, there are currently three levels of training for Emergency Medical Technicians: EMT-Basic: entry level for basic life support EMT-Intermediate: advanced skills including administering drugs and IV fluids EMT-Paramedic: the most highly trained, able to perform advanced life saving procedures                 All Webster EMS Vehicles are Staffed at the PARAMEDIC Level

How do I send a compliment/complaint to management regarding someone who works for EMS? The Professional Standards Division will review any comments or complaints submitted.  The best way to reach us is by e-mail because the entire Professional Standards Division will receive your message immediately. We also encourage our patient’s to complete a Customer Satisfaction Survey.

Can I schedule a non-emergency ambulance pick up with EMS? Webster EMS provides medically necessary, non-emergency transports within our service area.  Please contact the on-duty supervisor at (508) 943-2218 to discuss your specific needs.
